So, the big reveal: after careful thought, I decided not to choose any of the names I originally came up with for my new blog name. Instead, I'm changing the name to "Another Day in PAIR-adise." I think it's fitting for having twins, a definite predictor of my future life, and an original name that other bloggers haven't claimed yet.
In other news, I'm over the 20 week hump! Yay! A few words from BabyCenter: "Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, when a baby's legs are curled up against his torso and hard to measure, measurements are taken from the top of his head to his bottom — the "crown to rump" measurement. After 20 weeks, he's measured from head to toe.) He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper (some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery)."
I should tell you that I'm pretty much over the Nest/Bump fruit analogies at this point. They've gotten kinda ridiculous. Last week they were the size of mangoes, this week they are the size of cantaloupes, but next week are the size of bananas. Wtf? So, I'll be giving my own little updates, without the bump pics. The Bump was pretty good early (see blueberries, raspberries, etc), but have missed the mark over the past several weeks (and look to continue to do so for future weeks).

Yay on 20 weeks and what a cute name!
LOVE the new blog name!!!! Very cute and creative. Congrats on the 20 wk mark, wahoo!!!
Love the new name - perfect! 20 weeks - wow, what a great milestone!
Thank you for the sweet comment - your friendship gets me through!
Yea, the whole fruit thing seems confusing after the first trimester. Mine is apparently the size of a honeydew this week -- wasn't he a cantaloupe quite a while ago? Aren't the two melons approximately the same size (I mean, the honeydew is a little bigger, but not that much, right?).
Nice blog name!
Love the new name! I'm so glad you posted it on my blog - for some reason I couldn't access it in my blog reader. Not sure why.
Wow, I can't believe you are 20 weeks already! That's fabulous. I bet you look adorable. Are you going to bless us with any belly photos soon? :)
HOLY CRAP Jill - someone's gotten your old blog name already?! I clicked on the old link and was reading a story about a 3 year old named Clifford or something like that. It took me a second before I thought, Hey, Jill doesn't have children outside of her belly yet!
HUGE Congrats on the 20 week milestone - that's a biggie! Can't wait to see an updated belly pic - LOVE those from my formerly infertile girlfriends!!!
That's a very cute name for your blog. :)
Hey, did you start working on your nursery? (I want to see pictures...)
Now all we need is a BUMP PIC!! Get on it, missy!!!
Jill! I'm so glad that this worked this morning. I tried to access this yesterday and it didn't work. Plus, who is courtney? Is that someone who took over your old blog link? I'm so confused!
Anyway, I'm glad you are holding up well and I love the new name!!! :) I can't believe you are 1/2 way through!
I was your first poster - this is Lisa from sticks and stims - I moved to meinsideout.wordpress.com
((HUGS))
I love the new name!!! :)
20 weeks is a beautiful milestone! You are on your way!!
Ah, I finally found you! You know someone already claimed your old blog name? Everyone who still has that name on blog rolls is now linked to someone else!
Congrats on the 20 weeks! I hope work is slowing down for you.
Yay - I found you! Apparently, someone else jumped on your old blog name and I had no desire to read about her! :)
Glad things are continuing to go well!
Yeah, what is with comparing the baby to fruit? I guess it'd be alright if it acutally comapared! Cantelope to banana?? WFT is right?
